Professional activities
Davide Francesco Serrago is a legal professional with extensive experience in administrative law, public procurement, and international matters. His career has included positions in a law firm and with authorities of the Canton of Solothurn, before moving on to serve in the Swiss federal administration, most recently as Chief of Staff at the General Secretariat of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport. He studied law at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome and the University of Bern and earned an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Zurich. His education is further complemented by advanced officer training in the Swiss Armed Forces, where he qualified as a General Staff Officer, and by an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
